Polenta

Necessary products:

250 g MAIZE SEMOLINA
50 g butter
1 tbsp red pepper
400 g fresh cheese

Method of preparation:

Pour 4 tea cup of water into the saucepan. Once water comes to a boil, slowly add semolina, whisking constantly. Stir until it thickened. Pour half of the polenta into a suitable bowl, add cubes of fresh cheese. Pour the remaining polenta. Melt the butter on medium heat, start frying the red pepper, taking care not to burn; finally, pour the polenta.
