Rice pita

Necessary products:

300 g WHOLE GRAIN RICE FLOUR
125 ml of lukewarm water
1 egg
2 tsps. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsps. oil

Method of preparation:


Mix yeast, lukewarm water and sugar to get leaven, which you store in warm to activate. Gradually add flour, salt and egg. If necessary, add some more water or fresh milk to get soft dough. Place the dough in a greased baking pan and leave it warm place until doubled.
